3D Models 

Three dimensional models of buildings and built-up areas have become increasingly common as an addition to the planning tools for city planners, architects and engineers.
3D models are interactive with other planning software and by using mapping technology 3D models are geopgraphically accurate.

COWI Mapping UK has produced several 3D model projects for inner city developments and planning applications.

We have the possibility to model in architectural design drawings and render the model with 'Lego' facades or with bitmap data.

The bitmap imagery can be supplied from terrestrial photography or from COWI's airborne oblique camera system.
