Scanning 

Scanning of roll film or individual film is still an important process in the digital flowline. Scanning of imagery can ensure the protection and wider use of valuable historic information by transforming analogue film archives to a digital medium.
COWI Mapping UK has a Vexcel Ultrascan 5000 scanner with an automatic roll film unit which is ideal for processing both modern and older archived films.

Calibration results with an accuracy better than 2 microns are available for all scan projects.

All imagery is processed to a high quality level with regard to the customer's specific requirement.
