Due to a growing demand for its specialist services in the acquisition of geographical data COWI has created a new position to build upon these opportunities.
Richard joins COWI following an 18 year career successfully building GI consultancy businesses at Scott Wilson and Atkins and more recently as business development manager at Getmapping for 3D data, oblique and vertical aerial imagery solutions.

My remit is to extend this business to a wider market and to grow the range of niche GI products and services offered in the UK, making use of and contributing to the capabilities provided by the global COWI GI business."
